1 | Cinnamon stick | |
2 | Whole cloves | |
1/8 | ts | Ground allspice |
1/2 | c | Hot black tea |
2 | tb | Rum |
Orange and lemon peel for garnish |
Combine the cider, cinnamon stick, cloves, and allspice in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 1-2 min, stirring occasionally. Pour the tea into the saucepan and stir all the ingredients together. Strain the mixture into a cup, add the rum, and garnish with a small slice of orange and lemon peel.
