Mix soda and sweetener and unflavored gelatin together. Place blueberries in a pie pan, pour soda mixture over berries.
Topping: Mix powdered non fat milk, cinnamon, sweetener. Sprinkle mixture over top of blueberries, covering entire surface. Bake in 350 oven for one hour. Cool, and refrigerate.
If you time this properly with dinner you will enjoy a most satisfying pie, with a true pie consistency. This will take about 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour after refrigeration. The longer it is refrigerated, the more solid it becomes.
Variations: One can strawberry soda and two peaches OR one can strawberry soda and two apples. Any legal fruit can be used, but strawberry and lemon soda have been found to be the only sodas to allow the fruit flavor to come through.
