1cPrik ki nu daeng
  (red chilis), prepared
5tbLemon grass, finely sliced
10tbShallots (purple onions),
  Chopped
10tbGarlic, minced
5tbGalangal (kha) grated
5tbCoriander/cilantro root,
  Chopped
2tbCoriander seed
1tbCumin seed
1tbFreshly ground
  Black pepper
2tbShredded bai makroot
  (lime leaves)
4tbKapi (fermented shrimp
  Paste)

(Note that except for the sugar and the use of red chilis this is the same as the prik kaeng kiao wan)
