AMERICAN MEASUREMENTS
2		Eggs, beaten
3/4	c	Sugar
16	oz	Can solid pack pumpkin
1/2	ts	Salt
1	ts	Cinnamon
1/2	ts	Ground ginger
1/4	ts	Ground cloves (optional)
12	oz	Evaporated milk
1		Pastry for 9" pie

Mix filling ingredients in order listed.

Pour into your favorite pastry recipe, or use a prepared crust to fit a 9 inch pie pan.

Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake additional 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

Cool and garnish as desired.
