Title: Fennel Seed & Honey Toner

Yield: 1 Ounce

2	tb	Vodka
1	tb	Fennel seeds
1 1/2	ts	Honey

Combine the vodka, fennel seeds, and honey. Stir well and allow to sit for 3 days. Filter the mixture into a clean container by pouring it through a funnel lined with a coffee filter.

Apply to your skin with a clean cotton ball.

Note: You may use the toner full strength or dilute with 2 tablespoons distilled water.
