|1/3||c||Black olives, halved|
|12||Cherry tomatoes, halved|
|2||cn||Chunky tuna, drained|
|1 1/2||tb||Lemon juice|
|1||ts||Chopped fresh thyme leaves|
Cut beans into 1 1/2 inch lengths. Boil, steam or microwave beans and potatoes separately, until just tender; drain.
Slice potatoes, combine in a bowl with beans, anchovies, olives,tomatoes, torn lettuce leaves and tuna.
Just before serving, toss lightly with dressing.
Dressing: Combine all ingredients in jar, shake well.
