Title: Anna M. Stamplecoskie's Potato Dumplings

Yield: 15 Servings

1 1/2cRaw potatoes
1cFlour
4 1/2qtWater
  Salt to taste
  Cream

Grate potatoes finely. Squeeze dry in a clean cloth. Add flour and mix well with potatoes. Bring water to the boil and add salt. Make little balls of the flour/potato mix. Drop into the boiling water and boil for 16 minutes. At the last minute, add cream.
