Title: Quick Beef Vegetable Soup

1lbGround beef
1 (16-oz) package frozen mixed soup vegetables
4cVegetable/cocktail/tomato juice
4cWater
2tbBeef flavor instant bouillon
1tsBasil leaves
1tsMarjoram leaves
1tsSalt
1/2tsOnion salt
1/2tsPepper
1/4tsGarlic powder
1/2lbPackage spaghetti broken into thirds and uncooked
  Grated parmesanc cheese optional

In ducth oven, brown ground beef; drain. Stir in next ten ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 30 minutes. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Add to soup mixture; heat through. Serve with parmesan cheese. Refrigerate or freeze leftovers.
