2 | tb | Wine |
2 | tb | Vinegar |
1 | tb | Dijon Mustard |
1/2 | c | Olive Oil |
1/4 | ts | Dried Oregano |
1/4 | ts | Dried Parsley |
1 | Clove Garlic, minced |
In a small bowl whisk together wine, vinegar, and mustard until blended. Slowly pour in olive oil, whisking constantly. Whisk in oregano, parsley, and garlic. Use for a dressing on mixed greens.
