Title: Black Bean Dip #1

Yield: 2 Cups
1 | c | Cooked Black Beans |
1/4 | c | Minced Carrot |
1/4 | c | Minced Celery |
1 | ts | Garlic Salt |
1 | ts | Oregano |
1 | ts | Cumin |
1/2 | ts | Coriander |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | c | Sour Cream |
1 | tb | Chopped Fresh Cilantro |
Cilantro for Garnish |
In a large bowl, coarsley mash half the beans with a fork. Add remaining whole beans and all the other ingredients, mixing well. Cover,and chill 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
