Title: Black Bean Dip #1

Yield: 2 Cups

1cCooked Black Beans
1/4cMinced Carrot
1/4cMinced Celery
1tsGarlic Salt
1tsOregano
1tsCumin
1/2tsCoriander
1/4tsSalt
1/4cSour Cream
1tbChopped Fresh Cilantro
  Cilantro for Garnish

In a large bowl, coarsley mash half the beans with a fork. Add remaining whole beans and all the other ingredients, mixing well. Cover,and chill 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
