Title: Citrus Barbecue Sauce

1 Onion; Large, Finely Chopped
1tbGround Red Chiles
1/4tsGround Red Pepper
1 Ancho Chile; *
1tbVegetable Oil
1cOrange Juice
1/2cLime Juice
2tbSugar
2tbLemon Juice
1tbFresh Cilantro; Snipped
1tsSalt

* Ancho chile should be seeded and finely chopped. Cook onion, ground red chiles, red pepper and ancho chile in oil, stirring frequently, until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Makes about 2 1/3 cups of sauce.
