Title: Bacon 'n Cheddar Beer Soup

6ozVegetable oil
1 1/2lbOnions; coarsely chopped
1 1/4lbPotatoes; diced
1lbCarrots; diced
1lbCelery; sliced
1cnChef-Mate Bacon 'n Cheddar Cheese Sauce (#10 can)
2cBeer
1qtChicken stock
1 1/4lbMixed Vegetables; frozen
1/2tsPaprika
1/2tsWhite Pepper
1/4tsLiquid Smoke flavor
2tbParsley; chopped

1. Place vegetable oil in large stockpot. Add onios, potatoes, carrots and celery; saute 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are cooked. 2. Add remaining ingredients. Combine thoroughly. Simmer 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.

Makes 25 one cup servings.
