Title: Brigitte's Hamburger Stroganoff

1/2cMinced onion
1/2tsGarlic powder
2tsSalt
1/4tsPaprika
1cnCream of mushroom soup
1/4cMargarine
1lbGround beef or turkey
2tbFlour
1/4tsPepper
1cnSliced mushrooms
1cSour cream or buttermilk

1. Saute onion in margarine until golden. Stir in meat, garlic, flour, paprika, salt and pepper, and mushrooms; saute 5 minutes. 2. Add soup (undiluted); simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream or buttermilk and sprinkle with parsley. Serve over rice, noodles or toast.
