2cFlour
1tbHoney
4tsBaking powder
1/2cOrange juice
3tbShortening, melted
1/2cSugar
1/2tsSalt
2 Eggs
1cCandied orange peel

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs well, add orange juice and melted shortening to the eggs. Mix in the candied peel. Combine dry ingredients with the egg mixture, just enough to moisten the flour. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350F for 1 hour.
