Title: Andrea's Coffee Cake

Yield: 1 Loaf
1/4 | lb | Margarine |
1 | c | Sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | c | Flour |
1 | ts | Baking soda |
1 | ts | Baking powder |
1 | c | Sour cream |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
FOR THE FILLING | ||
1/4 | ts | Brown sugar |
1 | tb | Cinnamon |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
3/4 | c | Chopped nuts |

3 | tb | Melted butter |
Mix all ingredients for the cake together. Beat 3 minutes. Put 1/2 of the batter into a well greased tube pan. Sprinkle with half the filling mixture. Pour remaining batter on top. Sprinkle with remaining filling topping. Pour 3 T melted butter over the top of the cake and bake at 350F for 45 min.
