Title: Shrimp Delgado

1 | lb | Shrimp; peeled |
1 | lb | Fresh pasta, cooked al dente |
2 | Green onions; chopped | |
1 | pt | Heavy cream |
1/2 | pt | Half & half |
4 | oz | Butter; melted |
1 | tb | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Garlic powder |
1/4 | ts | Paprika |
1/4 | ts | Thyme |
1 | ts | Pepper |
Saute shrimp in butter until pink. Add cream and half-and-half and reduce slightly. Add all spices and green onions. Cook two to three minutes. Toss with hot pasta.
