2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1/3 | c | Chopped onion |
1/3 | c | Chopped green pepper |
1 | lb | Ground beef |
1 | Garlic clove, minced | |
1 | cn | Stewed tomatoes (1 lb) |
2 | cn | Kidney beans, drained (15oz) |
1 | cn | VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables, with liquid (16 oz) |
1. Heat oil in 3-quart pot. Add onion and green pepper and cook until soft.
2. Add ground beef, garlic, stewed tomatoes, and kidney beans. Bring to boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Stir in VEG-ALL and cook 10 minutes longer.
