Title: Best Ever Banana Muffins

1 1/2 | c | Flour, all purpose |
1 | ts | Baking powder |
1 | ts | Baking soda |
1/2 | ts | -Salt |
1 | Egg | |
3/4 | c | Sugar, granulated |
1/3 | c | Butter; melted |
1 1/2 | c | Bananas; mashed;3 or 4 |
"This recipe from Robin Hood flour is one of the company's most requested recipes."
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl. Thoroughly beat together egg, sugar, butter and mashed bananas. Add to dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Filled greased muffin cups three quarters full. Bake in a preheated 375F oven 20 to 25 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
