Title: Brown Bagger's White Bread

**For the 1-1/2 lb. loaf** | ||
1/2 | c | Water |
1/2 | c | Milk (add 2 tbsp. more water for DAK/Welbilt mach) |
1 | Egg | |
3 | c | Bread flour |
3 | tb | Wheat germ or bran |
2 | tb | Instant potato flakes |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | tb | Oil |
3 | tb | Sugar |
1 1/2 | ts | Red star yeast (2 tsp. for Dak/Welbilt; 3 tsp for Panasonic/ |
Place all ingredients in pan, select Light Crust and press Start.
