Title: Peanut Crisps

Yield: 24 Servings
1 | c | Crunchy peanut butter |
1 | Egg | |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1 | c | Crispie rice cereal |
In a large mixing bowl stir together peanut butter, egg, sugar and vanilla. When well blended, quickly stir in cereal.
Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on a cookie sheet and flatten with tines of a fork. Bake at 350 F for about 10 minutes. Do not remove from pan until slightly cooled.
