1 1/2	oz	Vodka
1		Lemon; juiced
3		Drops tabasco sauce
		Salt; to taste
3	oz	Tomato juice
1/2	ts	Worcestershire sauce
		Pepper; to taste

Shake with ice and strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. A wedge of lime may be added.
