Title: Shrimp Castaneda

1 1/2 | lb | Fresh shrimp |
1 | ts | Ginger, minced |
1 | md | Onion, sliced |
2 | tb | Butter |
Salt to taste |
Sauce: 1 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup sherry 2 squeezes of fresh lemon juice
Saute onions and ginger in butter. When the onions are slightly cooked, add the shrimp. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add salt and I use a couple of dashes of Accent. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice and sherry in a bowl. Pour sauce over cooked shrimp while still in hot pan.
