24 | sl | Bacon; halved |
24 | | Chicken livers; halved |
24 | | Water chestnuts; halved |
3/4 | c | Soy sauce |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Ground ginger |
Partially cook bacon. Combine soy sauce, sugar, and ginger. Marinate
chicken livers and water chestnuts in mixture about 20 minutes. Drain. Wrap
1 liver and 1 slice water chestnut in a half slice of bacon. Secure with
wooden pick. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees until bacon is
