2 | | Eggs |
1/2 | c | Flour |
1/2 | c | Brown sugar |
1 | c | Butter, melted & cool |
6 | oz | Chocolate chips |
1 | c | Chopped pecans(or other nut) |
1 | | Pie crust (in pan) |
Preheat oven to 325. Beat eggs until foamy. add flour & sugars. Beat.
Blend in melted butter. stir in chips 7 nuts. Pour into unbaked pie
shell. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Let set until cool. This will have a hard
crusty top with a creamy center. If it looks ugly, that's the right way.
