1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Soda |
1/2 | c | Granulated sugar |
1/4 | c | Firmly packed brown sugar |
1 | | Egg |
1 | ts | Vanilla extract |
1/2 | c | Land O Lakes butter, soften |
1 | c | Diced toasted almonds |
1 | c | Chocolate covered raisins |
Combine all ingredients except almonds and raisins in large mixer bowl.
Beat 1 minute at medium speed or mixer. Stir in almonds and raisins. Drop
by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375
