2 | lb | Ground beef |
1/2 | lb | Salt pork |
1/2 | c | Chopped onion |
1/4 | c | Chopped celery |
1/4 | c | Chopped parsley |
1 | c | Soft bread crumbs |
1 | c | Canned tomatoes |
1 | | Egg, beaten |
1 | ts | Salt |
| | Pepper |
Mix all ingredients together thorougly. If salt pork is used, cut it in
small pieces and fry until lightly browned before adding to the other
ingredients. Pack mixture into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2
