Title: Meat Loaf

Yield: 6 Servings

2lbGround beef
1/2lbSalt pork
1/2cChopped onion
1/4cChopped celery
1/4cChopped parsley
1cSoft bread crumbs
1cCanned tomatoes
1 Egg, beaten
1tsSalt
  Pepper

Mix all ingredients together thorougly. If salt pork is used, cut it in small pieces and fry until lightly browned before adding to the other ingredients. Pack mixture into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serve hot or cold. Randy Rigg The Pinnacle Club BBS 812-963-9139
