Title: Cucumber Salad

3 | Cucumbers, peeled and sliced very thin | |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/3 | c | White Vinegar |
2 | tb | Sugar |
Snipped Fresh Dill |
Spread the cucumbers in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt. Let stand 30 minutes. In a small bowl, dissolve the sugar in the vinegar and pour over the cucumbers. Garnish with fresh dill.
