Title: Irish's Cream Liqueur 2

Yield: 1 Servings

2 Eggs
1 1/3cEvaporated milk
1/2tsChocolate syrup
1tsVanilla
1/3tsLemon ext
1/4tsInstant coffee
1 3/4cIrish whiskey

Place all ingredients in a blender; blend well. Bottle and let mellow in frig at least one week before serving. We found this best after 1 to 2 weeks. Store in frig. liqueur may be served at room temp by removing from frig an hour or two before serving.

Use within 6 months.
