Title: Fresh Corn "Butter"

1/3 | ts | Salt |
3 | tb | Water |
2 | tb | Coconut, optional |
Cook corn till soft. Blend with hte rest of the ingredients until it is smooth. Serve on bread, corn on the cob or other vegetables.
