Title: Stewed Chicken

Yield: 4 Servings

4 Chicken breast halves, boneless
16ozCn Italian stewed tomatoes cut in bite sized pieces
4ozCn sliced mushrooms salt free
1mdOnion, sliced in rings
2tsItalian seasoning
2tsChopped garlic
  Salt to taste
  Pepper to taste
  Shredded mozzarella cheese, fat free

Place chicken in baking dish. Top with tomatoes and their juice, mushrooms, onions and seasonings. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done. Remove from oven and sprinkle with mozzarella. Cover with foil until cheese melts.
