Title: Tofu Au Gingembre

1 | lb | Firm Tofu |
1/3 | c | Ginger root, grated |
2/3 | c | Sunflower oil |
2/3 | c | Tamari |
Cut the tofu in slices and place them side by side in a shallow oven-proof dish. In a small bowl combine ginger, oil and tamari. Pour over the tofu. Let marinate for 1 - 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Serves 4. From The Gazette, 91/01/16
