Title: Zesty Black Bean Dip

Yield: 1 Servings

2cCanned black beans
1/2cChopped fresh tomatoes
1cSour cream or yogurt
6tbChopped onions
2tbChopped fresh chives
2tsSalt
1/2tsFreshly ground black pepper
1tsPaprika

Combine all the ingredients, except the paprika, briefly in a food processor or blender. Chill for 1 to 2 hours, then garnish with the paprika. Serve with blue or yellow tortilla chips. Yield: About 4 cups
