DRESSING | ||
1/2 | c | Vegetable oil |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1/2 | c | Red wine vinegar |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
DRESSING: In a small saucepan, mix above ingredients. Bring to boil; stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetable mixture;
