10 | lb | Avacados (about 20) |
3/4 | lb | Black Olives, chopped 3 cups |
1/2 | c | Green onion, sliced |
3/4 | c | Lime juice |
1/2 | c | Salsa |
1 1/2 | tb | Salt (to taste) |
Mash avacados. Combine rest of ingredients. Add additional Salsa or seasonings as desired. Makes 1 gallon
