Title: Soft & Moist Nut Bread

1/4 | c | Water |
3/4 | c | Cottage cheese |
3/4 | c | Sour cream |
3 | tb | Sugar |
1 1/2 | tb | Butter |
2 1/2 | c | White bread flour |
2 | ts | Yeast |
1/2 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1 | c | Broken walnuts |
1/3 | c | Quick cooking oats |
1/2 | c | Raisins |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Soda |
2 | ts | Cinnamon |
Heat first 5 ingredients till lukewarm. Put remaining ingredients in pan, add warmed ingredients, and press start. This is a wonderful bread.
