Title: Potato Latkes

2 | Eggs | |
3 | c | Grated, drained potatoes |
4 | tb | Grated onion |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
5 | tb | Matzoh meal |
Oil for frying |
Beat the eggs and add the rest of the ingredients. Blend well. Fry in hot oil, being careful not to use too much oil.
Serve with applesauce, or sour cream.
