1/3 | c | Scallions; sliced |
1/3 | c | Parsley sprigs |
1/2 | Clove garlic | |
1 | ts | Wine vinegar; or lemon juice |
*You may use any kind of mayo (reduced calorie, fat free, or regualr) In blender or food processor, blend all ingredients 30 seconds or until smooth. Cover; chill. Serve with cut-up vegetables. Makes 1 cup.
