2 | tb | Water |
1 | tb | Fresh ginger root; chopped |
1 | tb | Celery; chopped |
1 | tb | Soy sauce; * |
1 1/2 | ts | Tomato paste |
1 1/2 | ts | Sugar |
1 | ts | Lemon juice |
| ds | Salt |
| ds | Pepper |
* May substitute low sodium/light soy sauce. Combine all ingredients in
blender and process until almost smooth. Makes 6 servings; about 2 tbs + 2
tsp each. Unused portions may be stored in a covered container in the
