| 1/4 | oz | Pk Boboli Pizza Sauce Pouch for each small shell or |
| 5 | oz | Pk for large shell |
| 5 | oz | Chicken; cook, dice |
| 2 | oz | Green bell peppers; diced |
| 1 | oz | Fresh mushrooms; chopped |
| 1/2 | oz | Onions; minced |
| 4 | oz | Mozzarella; shredded |
Combine all ingredients except cheese and shell in a bowl. Spread mixture
on shell. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 450~ for 12-15 minutes (5-8
