| 2 | tb | Orange flavored liqueur; OR orange juice |
| 8 | oz | Light cream cheese |
| 3 | tb | Brown sugar |
| 1 | tb | Orange flavored liqueur; OR orange juice |
| 1 | tb | Skim milk |
Toss strawberries with 2 tb liqueur in small bowl. Place cream cheese
product, brown sugar, 1 tb liqueur and milk in food processor or blender
container; process until well blended. Serve over strawberries. Garnish
with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
