Title: Lobster Newburg

1 | c | Diced cooked lobster meat |
2 | tb | Butter |
1/4 | c | Dry sherry wine |
3 | Egg yokes | |
1 | c | Light cream |
1 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
Heat lobster meat in butter in top of double boiler. Add sherry and cook 1 min. Combine egg yokes, cream and Worcestershire sauce and add to lobster. Cook mixture slowly until thick. Serve on toast points. Serves 2-3
