6		Eggs
3 1/2	c	Brown sugar
1 1/2	ts	Vanilla
2	c	Granulated sugar
4	ts	Baking soda
1	c	Butter
1 1/2	c	Peanut better
9	c	Oatmeal
1/2	lb	Chocolate chips
1/2	lb	M & M's
1/4	c	Chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients. Use an ice cream scoop to form balls of dough, then gently flatten dough on cokie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes.

Yield: 8 dozen
