Title: Sour Cream Chicken Casserole

4 | c | Frito corn chips |
1 | c | Mild chillies, chopped |
1 1/2 | c | Sour cream |
2 | c | Shredded cheese |
1/4 | ts | Cumin |
3 | c | Cooked chicken |
1 | c | Onion, chopped |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | White pepper |
1 | | Garlic clove |
Grease casserole dish. Place 3 cups corn chips in dish bottom to cover.
Mix chicken, chillies, onion, spices and add to dish. Spread cheese over
all. Cover with sour cream, cover the dish, bake at 325 F for 30 minutes,
uncover and add remaining chips. Bake another 15-20 minutes, or until
bubbly.
