Title: Catfish Chili

2 | lb | Catfish fillets, chunked |
1 | c | Chopped green pepper |
2 | tb | Butter |
2 | Cloves minced garlic | |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | lb | Red kidney beans |
1 | lb | Can tomatoes, undrained |
6 | oz | Tomato paste |
Saute green pepper and garlic in butter until tender. Add seasonings. Mix well. Add beans and tomatoes. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add fish. Cover and simmer 15 more minutes until fish flakes easily.
