Title: Italian-Flavored Shrimp Dip

1 | c | Sour cream |
2 | ts | Lemon juice |
1 | tb | Italian salad dressing mix |
4 1/2 | oz | Tiny shrimp (1 can) rinsed |
And drained | ||
1/3 | c | Finely chopped green pepper |
3 | oz | Cream cheese softened |
Combine sour cream and cream cheese in medium bowl; beat until fluffy. Beat in salad dressing mix and lemon juice. Stir in shrimp and bell pepper. Chill, covered at least one hour.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
