1 | c | Shortening |
1 3/4 | c | Sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
1/2 | c | Milk |
1/2 | ts | Vanilla |
3 | c | Flour, self-rising |
In a mixing bowl, cream together shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add milk and vanilla; beat well. Stir in flour; mix well. Drop by tablespoonsful 2 1/2" apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350ø for 15-20 minutes. (very good)
