1 | | Loaf French bread |
1 | lb | Ground pork sausage |
1/2 | c | Onion, chopped |
3 | | Stalks celery, chopped |
2 | | Eggs |
1/3 | c | Milk |
1 | lb | Velveeta cheese, grated |
Slice loaf lengthwise with more on bottom. Scoop out all of the bread.
Crumble and combine with milk and eggs. Fry sausage, onions and celery;
drain. Mix bread and sausage together. Put mixture in bottom half of
loaf. Put cheese on top of meat mixture. Add top of loaf; brush with
melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Randy Rigg
