Title: Missing Egg Sandwich

Yield: 4 Servings

1/2lbFirm tofu, mashed
1 Green onion, finely chopped
2tbEggless mayonnaise
1tbPickle relish
1tsMustard
1/4tsEach ground cumin, turmeric
  And garlic powder
  Pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve on whole wheat bread with tomato and lettuce.
