Title: Phyllo Chicken Bites

2 | lb | Boneless, skinless chicken |
Breast, cut into bite size | ||
Pieces | ||
3 | tb | Lemon juice |
2 | tb | Olive oil |
3 | lg | Garlic cloves-minced |
1 | lb | Phllo dough, cut into 4-inch |
Strips | ||
Melted butter |
Mix chicken pieces, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic together and refrigerate overnight. Place a piece of chicken on the end of a strip of phyllo dough. Roll up, tucking the ends to make a little pillow. Dip in a bowl of melted butter, then bake for 15 minutes at 400 F/200 C.
