Title: Chocolate Bread Pudding

Yield: 1 Servings

		Mix and let soak for about
		1 half hour:
2	c	Bread in 1 inch cubes
4	c	Milk
		Mix and add to the above:
1/2	c	Cocoa
2/3	c	Sugar
2		Eggs
		Pinch of salt
1	ts	Vanilla

Cook for 1 hour at 300 degrees or until a knife comes out clean. If you have one, use a large iron skillet to bake the pudding in. Randy Rigg
